My friends, it happened. My precious baby (truly the oldest of my 3 boys) entered Kindergarten today. I held it off as long as possible by putting him in Transitional Kindergarten last year. If I tried it again, he might be the biggest and oldest Kindergartner ever. He was ready….not sure I was. Not only is he in Kindergarten, my middle toot is now a Pre-schooler and my true “baby” turns one tomorrow. Actually, he will be one in T-5 hours. This year has truly flashed before my eyes.
All 3 boys are strong, confident, and capable little guys that I adore…Adore. However, it was getting really hot and the days were getting really long and it really was time to jump back in to a schedule at Penelope’s house. They were ready to be “Big Boys” and go back to school with their friends. Momma was only a tad ready, but now that it had to happen, I look forward to the time I will have to keep up with Penelope’s Pitstop again.
