I briefly mentioned this All-Clad Nonstick Double Burner Griddle back around Christmastime. However, a 
brief mention doesn’t do this baby justice. I never thought it would be possible to love a griddle. I love my griddle.
#1- It’s All-Clad, which is a highly reputable brand so you know you are getting a good quality product.
#2- It’s non-stick. Praise the Lord for non-stick (in certain circumstances)
#3- It has a sizable “gutter,” if you will, for extra grease to drain while cooking and a small spout on the corner for draining the grease when necessary.
#4- It uses double burners…you don’t have to, but you can!
#5- I can make bacon, sausage, eggs, pancakes at lightening speed because SO much fits on there at once.
I use this griddle AT LEAST once or twice a week. I do have a growing house full of boys, but when out-of-town guests are here, it is certain to be used and definitely in the breakfast hours. It is so easy to clean (huge bonus) and mine still looks brand new after having it almost 6 years! If you or your loving chef doesn’t have one of these, you need this one. This is even a fantastic gift for anyone you know who cooks. It might be too late for Mother’s Day, but it’s a great Father’s Day gift if you have a pancake-cookin’, bacon-sizzlin’, sausage-flippin’ husband. You will thank me and love it and you will surely spread the word as well.
