I can’t make it a minute further without sharing my love of allrecipes.com with you. If you read my blog you must know and love me, otherwise, I am not sure you would be interested in all my rattlings about my family. In exchange for reading about me and my angelic toots I would like to introduce you to allrecipes.com, if you don’t use it already. Babe has tried to get me addicted to this website for years. I used it and it was nice, but I like my recipes. Since I have been in Texas and without my cookbooks, I have become an allrecipes addict. It is an amazing resource and I can’t do it justice in sharing all the ways to use it.
The most exciting thing you can do is this. When you get home and you only have one or two major ingredients in your pantry, you can type them in a search and it will give you all the recipes with those 2 ingredients in them. Bam! A meal without thinking about it OR going to the store.
I also really love the Healthy Living Tab. Once you click on that, the possibilities are endless…gluten-free, low carb, high fiber, many choices.
Don’t get me started on the recipe box. You can organize your recipes beyond imagination …check it out.
The one bit of advice I must leave you with. We have never had a bad meal when using Allrecipes. The key is to adhere to the star method. We only cook 4 and 5 star recipes that have been ranked by at least 100 people. The most amazing recipes are those ranked 4 and 5 stars by thousands of people!
I hope this little website changes your life like it has mine.
