Time’s Up! Congratulations to Sarah #13! You are the EcoStore Gift Certificate. Send me your mailing info and we’ll send you your prize!
Today, the friendly folks at the Ecostore are offering a $25 gift certificate to a Penelope’s Pitstop reader! The Ecostore offers plant and mineral based products for baby, household, pets, bath, and body. While I have never used their products before, this is a great way to get a jump start on being green!
The company originated in New Zealand in order to create products for their growing “Green” community. They claim that when you eliminate the nasty chemicals from your products, it is possible to see an improvement in allergies, eczema and overall health. That is enough for me to want to give it a try! Leave a comment below by midnight pn September 15th telling me what part of you life needs to “Go Green.” Winner will be announced Wednesday, September 16th.

Cleaning products. I use a lot of ones with chemicals and non recyclable bottles. I have been trying to find green cleaners that I like.
Whew. There’s more than one. I do recycle metal/aluminum, but I really need to get better at plastics and papers! I wish we could afford to get more of the “GREEN” products for use everyday at the store!
YES! Thanks for another fantastic giveaway!
I would love to use more eco-friendly cleaning products.
I’m trying to get some of the cleaning chemicals out of the house by replacing them as they get used up with more eco/health-friendly cleaning products.

I would like to go green and more natural with my hair and skin products. Thanks for the great giveaway.
I really need to be greener with paper products. I really do use way too many paper towels and napkins.
Thanks!
Sounds great!
JDaniel is mobile now and we have to clean all of him more often and more throughly.
….would go right along with my hubby’s electric bike
always up to trying something new:)
Less allergies and eczema! That would improve our lives. I’m getting better at going green. I just ordered reusable sandwich baggies from http://www.WasteNotSaks.etsy.com. Really cute, too.
Paper towels – I use a ton just cleaning the kitchen. Should use cloth rags & just wash them.
I am just starting to transfer over to all green cleaning products- I am even thinking of mixing some of my own. So this would be a great way for me to get to try out some of these wonderful green products!
