I am so excited to share the Family Plan-it Message Center with you! First of all, Stephanie, at The Organized Parent, is so wonderful to work with. I think its possible that I might want everything at The Organized Parent….please go check them out. I have posted several things previously from The Organized Parent like Life.doc, and The Giving Plate. Meanwhile, Stephanie sent me this awesome calendar to review and another one is waiting for a Penelope’s Pitstop reader!
First, I must say that when I need a calendar, I need a serious calendar. The square-size is important to me! And I do like a little cute…especially if it’s hanging in my kitchen or at my desk. The Family Plan-it is cute and has big squares. While many people might not care, I do notice when a calendar does not have a “quick-reference” to the month before and after…Family Plan-it has it! The Family Plan-it Calendar is unique in that it is a 17 month calendar. It has an extra page in the back that allows for frequently used phone numbers to be at your finger tips, as well as emergency numbers for you or babysitter…even for pizza delivery! At the top of the calendar there is a dry-erase board with a marker and eraser….and the marker/eraser is attached. (Big deal for me, as I am guaranteed to lose it!) The board is just the right size for leaving a quick message to the hubs or a reminder to yourself. The most impressive component…it’s own voice recorder for voice messages!! Seriously! They thought of everything. It is a very simple feature to use with a button for play and record and even a box to check on the dry-erase board to indicate that there is a new message.
Calendars have come a long way since my mom was a mom! Wow. I love this calendar and I guarantee you will love it, too. While I have been building my business this year & trying to get it up & running – I’ve been organized for that BUT its been consuming my schedule – I really need something to HELP me get organized with my day to day activities with my Daughter & Step-son – on top of transferring my Step-son to a different school and getting my daughter to Ballet class on time while trying to be a Work from home Mom , and shoot my portfolio building photo sessions for my clients & with hours of editing & getting their orders in on time – not to mention I have started an Etsy.com shop on the side – LOL As if I dont have enough on my plate ! I am a super busy mom – Its been a little chaotic , here lately that I have been forgetting to put the laundry in the Dryer and I’ve even forgotten to mail off a few bills – they were in my purse for weeks – I am desperate – LOL

I have four children and this is the first year all of them will be in school. My baby starts kindergarten and my oldest is starting high school. Between the four of them, they will be in three different schools this year. Boy, could I use some help in keeping our family organized. I could really use this calendar!! Since I’ve become pregnant- I feel like I’ve lost my mind and I can’t remember anything for the life of me. I used to be so on top of things, and now I have a “preggo mush brain.” Some organization help would be perfect!

Hi, i could really use this calender, i am a preschool teacher. i have an 8yr.and 16yr. and both involved in church, girl scouts, i am co leader for my youngest daughters troop this yr. I am always forgetting things till last minute. alot to keep up with , when you have active children, and my own schedule.lol,
because even RETIRED GRANDPARENTS need to be organized!!!
