I am so excited to finally tell you about Joy the Baker. Since getting my life in order and finally joining the world of computers and adopting a blog reader, I have discovered so many wonderful blogs. Not only have I discovered them, but with the blog reader, I can now keep up with them all in the same amount of time as my “Pre-Reader” life.
I found Joy the Baker after joining The Pioneer Woman’s new Tasty Kitchen cooking website. I do love keeping up with cooking blogs. Joy the 
Baker takes beautiful pictures of food with such amazing perspective. I just love looking at her pictures! She has inspired me to make and freeze Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies, among others. My newest project, thanks to Joy the Baker, is making my own vanilla extract. Seriously! It was so easy and I am so excited to see how it turns out…in a few months. If it works, won’t that be a great Christmas present? She inspires me to be more like Martha…or Joy!
