December 7th, 2009 at 5:22 pmI write to deployed soldiers, sailors, marines, and airmen stationed in Afghanistan, Iraq, and Kosovo. They love cards! and I think they would especially love to have one of these colorful artworks in the mail. They hang the letters/cards they receive on the plain, unpainted plywood walls of their buildings (especially in Afghanistan) to remind them that there are Americans who support them and that they are not forgotten.
