Thanks for the link. I’m totally with you getting rid of the processed food. My sister has issues with candida and changed her diet and found it to be very effective.

I agree with you about how we should be more mindful of what we eat. I have been a fan of Jamie Oliver’s and agree that we should get back to the basics and eat “real” food again. Get rid of all the processed, additive laden junk in our diets. I was diagnosed with Lupus then Neuromyelytis Optica, both autoimmune diseases. I’m an RN, also, and tho’ the medical establishment is not certain what happens with autoimmune diseases, I can’t help but believe that it has something to do with what we expose our bodies to including the foods wee eat.
