Hello, my faithful friends. Please forgive me for yet another lapse in my blogging. I think it might be the LAST health related break I will have to take! For me, this is huge. I have been struggling through the Candida Diet for a possibly yeast overgrowth. It’s official and it’s not a “possible”, it’s the real deal. For five days, I stayed very close to my bathroom and very far from the computer, as I was nauseous and vomiting quite regularly. SIMPLY because I cut out yeast and sugar, my body was revolting, demanding something to feed that yeast. I was literally in detox and I was as amazed as you might be that yeast was truly controlling my body. The growing numbers and intensity of aches and pains have literally vanished. I wish I could tell the world about it, as it’s a very new approach to unexplained illness. I would still be taking pain pills and drugs to mask my symptoms instead of treating the symptoms themselves.
SO! While I still have a few weeks to go to complete the diet, I feel like a million bucks and will be posting again really soon. THANK YOU for your patience. I am back!











wow – really hard to do! i am inclined to cut the sugar and yeast too! been feeling too bloated for too long! what is the long term plan?
You poor thing! I did the anti-candida diet nearly 20 years ago for reoccurring thrush and yeast overlaod. It was one of the hardest things I had ever done up to that point but it worked! Make sure you take some “inner-health” to re-establish “good” bacteria in your gut. Good luck. You will most definitely feel better. NancyX
